Welcome to Uncle Tom's Cabin: The Black Conservative Whine Fest

A couple of days ago, Sean Hannity assembled a group of black conservatives. Instead of offering an intelligent discussion about real issues affecting the black community, the show was nothing but a lame gripe session. The guests were just a bunch of crybabies. It was 40 minutes of whining and snitching. None of the guests offered a clear alternative vision. They did not offer any sound policy arguments.

Too much time was wasted crying about MSNBC host Toure's remarks. None of those guests provided a substantive critique of Toure's analysis regarding Ben Carson's sudden ascent in the GOP.

More importantly, those black conservatives did not articulate one valid reason why African Americans should join the Republican Party. Black conservatives always want to talk about President Abraham Lincoln "freeing the slaves" over 150 years ago. They always want to talk about Republicans supporting civil rights legislation almost 50 years ago.

They never want to talk about the GOP's Southern Strategy of appealing to white racists like David Duke, Jesse Helms and Strom Thurmond. They never want to talk about the GOP's current opposition to affirmative action, a policy that made it possible for many of those black conservatives to become educated professionals. They never want to talk about Republican state attorney generals' current fight to eliminate Section 5 of the Voting Rights Act. They never want to talk about the devastating impact that Paul Ryan's budget will have on low income black communities.

I have a simple question for black conservatives. What has the GOP done for the black community in the last 20 years? Everybody knows the answer to that question. Nothing. In fact, the GOP has only done things to us in recent years. Yet, black conservatives are shocked and stunned that people call them "Uncle Toms" and "Aunt Jemimas".

  1. And what has the Democratic Party done for blacks over the last few decades? Oh yeah given blacks more welfare. And how has that been working out for most blacks? From what I have witnessed it hasn't been going very well most blacks are in the same place they were 30 years ago. The white liberals have caused a horrible dependency and entitlement attitude among many blacks in America by shoveling welfare in there faces. A lot of blacks are dependent on welfare now and stuck in the welfare trap. The Democratic Party's welfare policy's have deeply harmed many blacks not helped them. It has caused many blacks to take the easy way out and live off welfare instead of being a responsible productive good citizen. It was pathetic how many blacks I saw who were voting for Obama hoping they would get more government money handed to them. PATHETIC! This mentality is horrible and ruining the black community! Most black conservatives I have seen are responsible successful productive citizens while a lot of black liberals are the complete opposite. Seems like the black conservatives overall are better people. They don't buy into the Democratic Party's welfare crud like so many blacks have.

Whenever I see a black person come out and talk about the real issues affecting the black community like black on black crime and bad parenting they are degraded by other blacks typically black liberals and called Uncle Tom's. They are considered traitors. Why though? They are speaking facts they are speaking the truth. From what I have noticed many black liberals in public try to avoid talking about the real problems in the black community and just make up excuses or try to play the victim card like by blaming whites. Black comedian and liberal Democrat Bill Cosby actually came out and did the honest thing and criticized the black community. He basically said that today blacks can't blame there problems on white people blacks can only blame themselves. He criticized the very high dropout rate among blacks in school, the horrible parenting, the large amount of single parent households, the drug dealing, the gangster lifestyle, the broken English many blacks speak, the way many blacks are dressing and black on black crime. He asked where the heck did all this come from? Then he said it sure didn't come from Africa. Bill Cosby was immediately degraded by many blacks for speaking the facts! After he said all this I saw many blacks commenting saying he was stupid for saying all this in public and that this is stuff that should just remain inside the black community. Why does it have to remain just inside the black community? Is it possibly because when a black comes out in public and criticizes the black community blacks are scared that it confirms to white people that many blacks in America are unproductive citizens even though most whites ain't that stupid and already know this they know what goes on in the black community's and don't need some black to confirm it to them? Why are these blacks who speak the facts out in public considered traitors? Race baiters like Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton won't even bring up the real issues instead these morons make racist rants and ask stupid things like why are so many blacks in jail and targeted by the police. Well Jesse and Al blacks make up only 12.6% of the American population yet commit around 50% of the homicides in America most of those against other blacks. Basically the black community has a very very bad crime problem so why the heck wouldn't a lot of blacks be in jail and police heavily patrolling black areas? And in most inner cities the cops are incompetent many blacks get away with there crimes. Black leaders like Jesse and Al have completely brainwashed many blacks into thinking racist and stupid.

  2. In the movie American History X the black teacher Sweeney said: "There was a moment, when I used to blame everything and everyone for all the pain and suffering and vile things that happened to me, that I saw happen to my people. Used to blame everybody. Blamed white people, blamed society, blamed God. I didn't get no answers 'cause I was asking the wrong questions. You have to ask the right questions. And that is has anything you've done made your life better?"

I suggest a lot of blacks do what Sweeney says.
